Mortgage Interest Rate Market Guide

Mortgage rates opened up a little better this morning but not enough to make a drastic change to improve on yesterdays slight weakening.

Around midday the rate market got flat and left nothing to discuss.

I expect platinum borrowers to be in the low 5's. 

The Fed has started to purchase the MBS's but the sellers have also started to sell and the Feds efforts are being negated. Flat is ok for now but I'm continuing to expect improvements.
